This weekend we had a party at our house to celebrate Ben and Kyla's birthday. We had a breakfast theme which included hashbrowns, eggs, waffles, fruit, bacon and sausage. Then Ben made homemade vanilla ice cream with Oreo cookies. We got to see Kyla get messy for the first time while she dug into her cake.
The next day the kids wanted to go swimming and I figured that was a good alternative to sitting around on our butts.
Is it just me or is summer is going by way too fast?!
