We just got back from our California vacation and I'm realizing that reality is highly overrated. After more than a week of not having to cook (except make peanut butter sandwiches), not having to clean, no homework supervision, no runnng errands, and a basic disregard for schedules, it's been a little hard to get back into the swing of things. The weather in California was record breaking hot and way humid, but other than flat hair and sweating out of places that really shouldn't be sweating, it was great. The beach was my favorite part and I'm already trying to plan a time to get back to it. We also went to Legoland, California Aventure, and we met up with our friends Sam, Angie, and Dakota for a little while at Disneyland.
